Her roles in successive engagements have led her to perform a wide-range of tasks such as software development and testing, conducting requirements analysis of business needs in training and performance management, mapping existing classroom-based training management processes into web-based LMS platforms, developing training for the web, delivering instructor-led training, applications setup, configuration and support. Her current role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for large-scale LMS implementations, providing professional consultancy to clients, developing business cases, designing the best solution within the requirements, planning and managing the implementation, providing technical consultancy and delivering training to the key users.
