ICICI Group runs SumTotal Enterprise Suite to align Enterprise-wide Learning and Performance 

Hyderabad, INDIA – December 3, 2007 – SumTotal™ Systems (Nasdaq: SUMT), a global provider of talent and learning management solutions, and its global partner New Delhi-based NIIT Limited announced the successful implementation of its award-winning Learning Management System at ICICI Group, a leading financial services group in India.

ICICI Group has successfully implemented SumTotal’s solution as an enterprise application for aligning the e-Learning needs of its employees. The European Commission and European Information and Communication Technologies and Consumer Electronics Association (EICTA) are organising a conference on 23 January 2008 in Brussels following the recent Commission's Communication and Competitiveness Council Conclusions on a long-term e-skills strategy.

The event aims to facilitate the definition and the adoption of long term e-skills strategies in all EU Member States, to promote ‘flagship' projects in the Member States and at EU level and to exchange best practice amongst industry experts and policy makers.It will bring together key stakeholders from industry, national ICT associations, Member State Ministries, social partners, associations, senior EU officials, education representatives, NGOs and other interested parties to drive progress in the implementation of a long-term e-skills strategy. It will be a key milestone leading up to the European e-Skills 2008 Conference which will take place on 9-10 October 2008 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

It will take place at the Charlemagne Building of the European Commission, 170 rue de la Loi, B-1049 Brussels, Belgium.
